Private Event Planning

Whether you're wanting to throw a birthday party, anniversary dinner, baby shower or have another special event to celebrate, we are here to bring your vision to life. We take the stress out of the planning so that your family can focus on what's important, celebrating and enjoying each other. 
​We are based out of Orting, WA, travel fees apply for venues more than 15 driving miles from Orting.
Prices are based off of events under 50 guests.

Day of Coordinator - $400

  • Initial consultation with the host
  • Set up and take down decor
  • Party management
  • Point of contact for any vendors hired
  • Execution of event (up to 5 hours)

Full Service Planning - $900

  • Initial consultation with the host
  • Select a theme and color scheme
  • Set up and take down decor
  • Party management
  • On going point of contact for any vendors hired
  • Execution of event (up to 5 hours)
  • Coordinate with the client on any rentals or decor purchases
  • Design invitations (either e-invites or mail)
  • Locate and provide options for vendors or rentals
  • Create personalized timeline and activities
